Location was right in the heart of Venice and a water taxis took us right to the hotel door. Expensive,but better than dragging your suitcases over all the bridges. Our room looked over a small canal with a constant parade of gondolas. It was a bit noisy in the morning, but your in a busy city. Quite at night. Comfortable bed, good linen, nice shower, robes, espresso maker, and mini wine fridge. Very helpful staff. Restaurant recommendations were spot on. Negative was no counter space in bathroom
