Perfect for our stay - two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen was a bonus. Set in a quiet courtyard and very close to excellent restaurants and a very good cafe for breakfast. 15 minutes to San Marco and 15 minutes to the Rialto. Esmeralda sent beautifully clear photographic directions for the 7 minute walk from Sant'Angelo Vaporetto stop. She answered all of our queries quickly. For an apartment in Venice the price was excellent. Would stay there again definitely!
