An all around excellent hotel - located in a quiet side street roughly halfway between the Basilica di Santa Maria della Salute and the Gallerie dell'Accademia and within easy walking distance of the Rialto and Piazza San Marco (using the nearby Ponte dell'Accademia). Also close to vaporetto (water bus) stops. The owner/host (Shephard) also genuinely cares about his guests. Highly recommended.

Everything about this hotek is amazing! I loved the decoration and the location, the breakfast was great and the staff was amazing! A simple, tasty breakfast to eat lightly, a warm drink, and you can enjoy setting out to explore the wonderful city of Venice. At the beginning, in the evening, something did not suit me, after a while I caught what was going on - complete silence! Lack of cars and perfect silence after 11 p.m. allow you to really relax. The owner gave us advice on where to go when we finish sightseeing Venice.

Located in a nineteenth-century building, the structure has 5 rooms all furnished in Venetian style with damask tapestries and Murano glass chandeliers; some rooms have ceilings with exposed wooden beams making the atmosphere very warm. The fine finishes of the rooms will make you take part in the style of the Venetian tradition and make your romantic stay in perfect harmony with the city. All without giving up modern comforts such as: air conditioning, satellite TV, wi-fi (fiber optic) and continental breakfast served in the room. You will find yourself in a warm, elegant and peaceful corner of the city but in a central and strategic position. The 5 bedrooms all have private bathrooms, are located on two floors and are suitable for accommodating various types of guests with their various types and offers. The structure offers various services such as 24-hour reception and luggage storage always free of charge as well as other holiday activities that can be agreed with the manager, some of which are concerts and excursions at discounted prices, as well as for restaurants and exhibitions.

The area is in the city center, opposite the Guggenheim museum, a few steps from the Grand Canal and a few minutes from the Gallerie dell'Accademia and the Basilica della Salute (Dogana).
