Typical Venetian House in the very heart of Venice. The apartment is close to all services (es. vaporetto stop, Ponte dell'Accademia, Super Market, Pharmacy etc.) and has typical venetian antique furniture. The house belonged to 2 professional musicians very well know in the 50's in the field. There is still a professional grand piano, a large library with classical and music books, and records. It is suitable for quiet people who love a classical and aristocratic vibe. Please note that during winter season we do not provide check-ins after 22.00 (10 PM).
I live close to the apartment. For any urgency you can call me.
The apartment is only 1 minute away from Ponte dell'Accademia (with one of the most breathtaking view of Venice), Zattere, the Museum Gallerie dell'Accademia; Only 5 minutes Away from Campo Santa Margherita, where you can find plenty of bars and restaurants; Only 10 minutes away (by walk) from San Marco; Only 15 minutes away (by walk) from Rialto Bridge.
