The location is pretty good, the house is spacious and clean, good strategic placement. Kitchen is well furnished, has cutlery and dishes.

The location was great for walking wherever we wanted to go. The hosts recommended a nice market to be able to get some snacks and breakfast foods that was very close to the apartment, so easy to run down in the morning and buy some fresh croissants for breakfast and some fresh breads or rolls for lunch. The apartment was plenty spacious for the two of us. I didn't think about all the cold marble floors before going, I would take slippers next time for this time of year.

Great apartment with an interior inviting thoughts of Venice's history, very suiting for a stay in such a historic city. Great location, you can walk there from the train station and there is a vaporetto (public waterbus) stop very close by. The apartment is in a calm alley, just of a busy shopping street. As soon as you enter the alley, much of the noise of the people already disappears and this is even better in the apartment, which has a view of a calm canal and church, great place to escape the busy atmosphere of Venice for a moment.

The most brilliant thing about this apartment - the view from the window - you could see the chanel and church and it's absolutely terrific especially at early morning. Two spacious rooms with all required stuff for cooking, washing, sleeping, etc. Beds are convenient, the apartment was warm and cosy. Be aware of mosquitos - there are some and it's better to have something against them. The location is great - it's at the very center of Venice, you could get to any point in 20 minutes. Also.there is a big supermarket in 100 m. Definitely would recommend this location for stay! It's suitable both for families and friends.

Everything you needed regarding cooking utensils, dishes, good oven, excellent shower etc were present. Great selection of glassware, cutlery, pots and pans. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment is centrally located and very clean and welcoming. Instructions on accessing the apartment were very clear. Luli provided very helpful suggestions on options to travelling to the apartment & on where a nearby local supermarket was.
