My stay in the apartment was a great experience! I loved Venice! The apartment was clean, warm and comfortable. There were all the things I need. The position was fantastic: close to the supermarkets, lots of restaurants around and 5 minutes walking distance from the vaporetto stop. The owners are nice and friendly. I’ll definitely recommend this apartment!

Very close to San Marco (10-15 minutes walk) and just a few minutes from water transport station from the airport - you won't have to carry your bags for a long distance. A very quiet place away from tourists crowds, no one will disturb your sleep. A supermarket and lots of cafes and restaurants are near. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay - iron, hairdryer, washing machine, different kitchenware. The apartment is very clean! We were 4 persons - me, my husband, our daughter (8 years old) and my mother (75 years old) and it was perfectly comfortable for everyone! The owner Rossella provided detailed instructions on how to get from the airport to the apartment - it was very helpful! We will definitely stay here again and will recommend to our friends! We really enjoyed our stay in Venice!

AustraliaThe apartment is very confortable and clean. In the kitchen you can find some water, coffee, oil, sugar and salt, some pasta and other stuff for the primary utility. There are 2 very clean bathrooms. The beds are confortable and the zone is very quiet, so you can sleep very well. In 2 minute you can reach, on foot, super market, bars, restaurants and shops. In 10 minute you can reach all the main attractions and monuments. In 2 minute you can reach the boat stop to go to the rest of the city (if you don't wanna take a walk.). From the same stop you can take the taxi boat to the airport (it's quite expensive, 15€ , but you will be to the airport in 20 minutes, and viceversa). The owner, Rossella, is very kind and ready to help you, if you need. We spent 4 super pleasant days and for sure I recommend this apartment!!!

Près du pont "Acquavita", dans un bâtiment historique datant de 1753. Salle à manger et cuisine face au sud, au nord coin nuit, ce bel appartement avec de hautes fenêtres a une ouverture sur grand jardin en bordure de canal typique. Du côté du canal et près du pont s'élevent beaux et typiques palais vénitiens. L'appartement est pratique pour les ferries et facilement accessible depuis l'aéroport!! L'arrêt des Fondamenta Nuove est à 3 minutes: ici arrive le bateau Alilaguna directement de l'aéroport de Venise! En plus, de là dans 20 minutes vous pouvez également accéder à la plage du Lido, et aux îles de Murano, Burano et Torcello dans la Laguna nord. En 6 minutes, vous pouvez rejoindre l'arrêt de la Cà d'Oro sur le Grand Canal, de l'autre coté.

Situé dans le quartier de Cannaregio entre Campo Santi Apostoli et le Campo dei Gesuiti, l'appartement se trouve à 10 minutes à pied du Rialto, au coeur de la ville de Venise. Dans un quartier très calme, mais logistiquement idéal pour visiter Venise et explorer les îles de la lagune, en essayant la vrai vie venitienne. La zone est bien desservie: à quelques minutes il y a le supermarché Coop, des cafés, la boucherie, l'épicerie ou Frutariol, kiosque à journaux, agence de Voyage, Cartolibreria, salon de coiffure, pizzerias, restaurants et cinéma!
