For a bed&breakfast is well above average. Great location, 5mins walk from lovely beaches. Parasol provided. Hosts are absolutely lovely people and very attentive. Restaurant good considering the average in Villasimius for fish is not one of the best in Italy. We appreciated the space, the private patio set in the Mediterranean gardens, the breakfast in the panoramic restaurant. The location is among posh private villas, slightly above sea level. No mosquitos in July. Better suited for couples. Bathroom and very nice shower cabin. Aircon perfectly working

The location, the size of the rooms and the bathroom. Very nice decor and very good facilities. The owner was super nice and accommodating. There is a restaurant that is very handy if you are tired after a day in the sun and don't want to get the car again. Breakfast is served at the table (sparing the stress of the buffet) with a very nice view over the sea. Cala Caterina and Santo Stefano are only a few minutes away on foot if you don't want to drive to the beach.

Staff is super generous. The restaurant at the accomodation was fully booked, but they were still able to offer us a table. Service is so good, they already offer it before you have to ask for it. Breakfast is really good, a variety of dried meat with cheese and bread, some sweets like small donuts and dairy. They also have an umbrella if you wanna go to beach. They were even willing to lend it after check out which was really nice.
