We like the owner to provide everything and enjoy the stay. The place closes to a water bus stations. We can go everywhere easily. The apartment is in excellent condition and the owner is friendly, easy to communicate and let us to keep our luggage in his place while we were exploring the island after checking out. Thanks.

1. Great location as it’s located next to a park, which our kids loved, and it felt like a really local area. 3 minute walk from the ferry service, with many options for getting to the main parts of Venice. We could also take a 5 minute ride to the beach (Lido), and our kids had a fantastic time there too. There are little shops close by for everything you need to cook. 2. It felt like a home away from home. The kitchen has everything, there were toys and books for our kids, plus a nice little courtyard garden to sit in. Everything is really new. I’m not doing the accommodation justice, but it had every creature comforts and the location suited our family’s preference for staying somewhere local, away from hustle bustle.

Very nice apartment, we were a group of 5, it was perfect size for us, very cozy and clean. Very good location to visit Architecture Biennale Giardini area, 3-minute walk. Boat stop is also near, easy to get to the city centre. Small shops and some restaurants right around the corner for breakfast or dinner.

Great house with all amenities. Everything is very clean and you can see that it is chosen with love. There are many interior items that you want to consider and know their history. In terms of comfort, the house has everything. We were worried that it would be cold in winter, but everything was fine, the batteries were well heated from our own gas boiler. Quiet location with gardens, close to wapporteto station. We got unforgettable impressions from Venice and this cozy house. Many thanks to the owners!

We loved the location near the Giardini as our main purpose was to visit Biennale. Besides, it is situated just a few minutes from the vaporetto station with a good connection to other places in Venice. The apartement is comfortable and more than well equipped and we loved the garden with terrace. everything was perfect. Rebecca, the owner, was very cooperative when we nedeed her. I highly recommend it.

The apartment was really clean, beautiful and large. It has everything you need from equipment (dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer,…). The location is excellent for visiting the Biennale. Sant’Elena also is a quiet neighbourhood far away from the usual tourist epicentre. I would recommend this place!
