Marco greeted us upon our arrival and showed us his beautiful apartment. We could not have enjoyed the neighborhood more!!! Make sure to get a ticket to ride the water bus for however many days you are staying, it makes navigation a breeze! Highly enjoyed our breakfast at Hopera across the street each morning☺️ loved the orange bathroom!

The property is located in a beautiful historical part of Venice, there are restaurants, markets close by and it’s only minutes away from tourist attractions. The property is spacious and comfortable. We travelled with a 11 month baby and it was more than comfortable for us, the baby cot was a big advantage. Also Marco is a top host, very friendly, polite and helpful. Our stay was a pleasure!

The apartment is really cute, cozy and pleasant. It was very clean. Perfect location, close to a street with market, shops and really good restaurants. The host was great. He was always available via "whatsupp" and was responding very quickly with concrete and helpful information and tips. This place is in a great location. Easy access if you get a water taxi. Away from the main hubub of the central city but an easy stroll. Marco was there to meet us with the keys and showed us around. He's a great host and replies to emails/texts promptly. Really nice area (Arsenale) and 10 mins walk to St Marks square.

Loved everything about my stay! Host Marco was fantastic at communication before my trip - sending useful info & timetables for waterbus from airport. He also met me at the waterfront to escort me to the apartment - much appreciated. Found the apartment to be ideal - a cosy nest that felt like home. Kitchen small but very well-equipped. Very happy there for 3 nights. Location was perfect too - was there for Biennale & ideally placed for all the Pavilions. In a quiet alley with no street noise. but close to street with so many restaurants & coffee shops as well as co-op & fruit & veg sellers. Marco great at recommending good places to eat. So helpful!

A nicely refurbished & comfortable apartment in a great location. It's away from the chaos of the main tourist areas, yet still within easy walking distance of all the main sights. There are restaurants, bars, bakeries & shops on the adjacent street & some peaceful green space less than a 5 minute walk away.
