This charming apartment is located on the second floor of an early 1900s building, accessible via 44 comfortable steps. Quiet and bright, it features spacious parquet-floored rooms surrounding a central living area with colorful walls, a writing desk, and a large flat-screen TV. Accommodating up to 7 guests, the apartment includes a cozy living room with a sofa bed and two double or twin-bedded rooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom (one step). The fully equipped kitchen offers a gas cooker, double sink, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. From here, you can step onto a small terrace with a washing machine, the only designated smoking area, as the rest of the apartment is strictly non-smoking.
