Our main business is the farm, we cultivate apples, grapes, cherries and kiwis. At your arrival, if the season allows it, you will find inside the apartment products produced by us at zero carbon footprint. Between 2019 and 2020 we renovated our apartments and step by step we try to improve our facilities with the purpose of offering you the perfect holiday in every aspect. Moreover, we have stables located in Pratosaiano. You can visit us to see our horses or to take riding lessons with our qualified instructor.

Our house has an indoor car park, a big garden with a small lake and a small playground for the little ones. During the stay we put at our guest’s disposal a place where to leave their bicycle where there is also a small workshop with various tools in order to maintain the sports equipment, an air compressor and a pressure washer. In this place there are also sockets to charge e-bikes or any other electric vehicle when it is out of batteries. We love our four paws friends, for this reason they are welcome in our facility and we are sure that they will feel happy, mainly thanks to the big garden in which they can play. In every of our apartments are present a washing machine, clean sheets and towels and different cooking utensils. Our main purpose is to offer you the best holiday possible by trying to give you all the amenities you could need during your stay.

Our neighbourhood is calm, quiet at night and, especially, safe. Santa Caterina street is the main street of Arco and for this reason our facility is close to numerous services and to various kinds of tourist activities. First of all, we are less than 5 minutes from the bus station, so those who travel by means of transport can easily reach our facility by foot. Within 300 meters from there you can find a supermarket, where you can grocery shopping and buy essential goods but also a by-the-slice pizzeria that offers Kebab as well. At the same distance is located a bicycle shop, where you can rent normal bikes but also electric bikes. At 900 meter there is a shopping centre with various shops. The centre of Arco is reachable in less than 10 minutes by foot as it is only 900 meters away. Moreover, in front of the facility, a bicycle path can be found which leads to the north shore of Lake Garda, to the main rock walls for climbing and to the main trekking paths. At less than 1km there are numerous bars, night clubs and shops of various kinds.
