Nice apartment recently renovated in furnishings, kitchenette with small but functional kitchen with induction hob. NO oven, YES microwave and standard fridge. Living room with flat screen TV and double sofa bed. Bedroom with standard double bed and single bed, small internal balcony, bathroom with shower and washing machine. External habitable balcony of approximately 7m2 with sink. Awnings. Private parking space with automatic gate and awning
Just 30 meters from the sea with direct access to the pine forest below. You can easily hear the voice and scent of the sea. Quiet environment, ideal for families with children or young couples who intend to discover the wonders that Salento offers. A few steps from home are restaurants, bars and pizzerias open only during the summer period. Just 2 km from Gallipoli where you will find all the services you need. Nearby, about 1 km, there is a water park and a large supermarket. 37 km from Lecce, approximately 85 km from Brindisi Casale airport.
