Casa Dalmazio is a two-room apartment, on the third floor (without lift) of a building located on the corner of Via Birago and Viale Argonne, next to the M4 metro stop Argonne (20mt), 6 minutes to Linate, 7 to San Babila. The recently renovated apartment consists of entrance hall, double bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette open to the living room consisting of dining corner and living room with balcony. Designed for 2 it also fits 4 guests thanks to the practical sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is designed to offer a comfortable and stylish stay in Milan. The house enjoys considerable natural light thanks to the many windows located in every room including the bathroom and kitchenette. LIVING AREA overlooking the balcony. KITCHEN CORNER open but detached from the dining area, is complete with traditional oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, washing machine, mocha, pots and pans and various cooking utensils. Tea, herbal teas, mocha coffee, sugar, salt, oil and vinegar are available to guests. The LUNCH AREA consists of the Table that can be extended up to 6 seats and 3 chairs. The LIVING AREA is completed with 3-seater sofa with island, TV and coffee table. The TV is smart and it is possible for guests to connect it to their Netflix account or alternatively to their Computer thanks to the HDMI cable provided. BEDROOM. Double bed, two bedside tables with lamps, closet and dresser. Bed comes with 100% cotton linens, double pillow (hard/soft). Baby bed complete with linen available upon request. The room is quiet due to the courtyard view. BATHROOM. Large shower stall, bidet, toilet, washbasin. Hand soap, shower gel and shampoo and hair dryer are provided. OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. TV, washing machine, horizontal/vertical iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, air conditioned (only in the leaving area).
