Very elegant apartment in a 1600 Palace. The ceilings present genuine 1600 coffered ceilings. Beautiful living-room with cooking area.Big bedroom overlooking the old Patio.FINAL CLEANING IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE!! Wonderful garden- like typical tuscan countryside just in Florence!- and roof terrace to share with us the owners and other guests.The garden is located in the palace,just a few meters from the apartment. AIR CONDITIONING- HEATING-COTTON LINENS-COTTON TOWELS = INCLUDED IN THE PRICE!!!!!! We'll leave you a welcome basket in the kitchen and in the fridge : it's our signature! Neighborhood info

Visiting Florence doesn’t only mean to get immersed in the history of the city but also to be part of its daily life and to get to know the locals. The only place where you can evade the hordes of tourists and find a smaller dimension is right in the Oltrarno. Here you can find the owners of the local shops that still run their business as their fathers and grandfathers did and variety of shops is the most diverse: vintage shops, markets, shoemakers, butchers, bakers and so on. Here you can go food shopping in the smallest and genuine shops amongst the local people, have breakfast in one of the numerous cafè in the square, share an aperitivo with friends or have a nice meal in the numerous open air restaurants located in car- free and cozy squares. The true Florence is in the Oltrarno and the locals have been living there for generations From the apartment you only have to walk for 2 minutes to reach Ponte alla Carraia or Ponte Santa Trìnita, two of the main bridges over the river Arno, to get into the centre of Florence. It takes only a 10 minutes walk to reach the train Station in Santa Maria Novella and only a few steps away from Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi.
