My name is Filippo and together with Chiara I have decided to reopen.....yes REOPEN because Casa di Chiara in the past was already a structure for short-term rentals managed by us that we wanted to make available to all those wishing to visit Peschiera del Garda and its surroundings. I'm a 26 year old and I has always lived in Peschiera and, due to my age, I think that I can advise you on which places allow you to have the best experience on Lake Garda as places of interest and activities to do, but also such as restaurants and clubs to visit during your stay. You may be wondering who Chiara is, I guess, ... Chiara is my mother who helps me with the management of the structure when I cannot be present directly. She is the mind behind Casa di Chiara which therefore could only take her name.
Casa di Chiara is a nice apartment on the ground floor located in a quiet and well served area of ​​Peschiera. The fully air-conditioned apartment consists of a large living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and everything needed to prepare dinners and lunches, a windowed bathroom with washing machine and a bedroom with on the private garden. Guests have access to a parking space in a private garage. The pool is accessible in compliance with the condominium rules and open from June to the end of September.
Its location makes it comfortable to all the services available in the area which can also be reached by foot in a few minutes. The historic center are about 800 meters away and the Pederzoli Hospital about 500 meters away. The train and bus station is only 100 meters away. The closeness to the station makes it an ideal reference point out of the chaos of the city during the fairs in Verona. The apartment is in a strategic position for the main amusement parks that can be reached by free shuttle from the station or in a few minutes by car (Gardaland, Movieland, Canevaworld, Parco Natura Viva, Sigurtà). Around Casa di Chiara there are several supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, a pharmacy, post offices, bike and e-bike rental and a recharge station for electric cars.
