Mettiamo a disposizione tutta la nostra professionalità e la nostra simpatia per farvi trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno sia che si tratti di vacanza che di lavoro. Cerchiamo di soddisfare al meglio le esigenze dei nostri ospiti offrendo un ampia scelta di tipologie di appartamenti, con fasce di prezzo diverse a seconda della tipologia di soggiorno che si desidera.

In una casa tipica del centro storico di S.Martino di Arco appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per trascorrere una piacevole e rilassante vacanza. L' appartamento ha un arredamento semplice ma funzionale, può ospitare fino a 5 persone (camera matrimoniale + 2 letti singoli + divano letto). All' esterno c'è un'ampia terrazza con un'incantevole vista sul Castello di Arco e sulle montagne, dotata sedie e tavolo per rilassarsi con un buon libro oppure gustare pranzi/cene all' aperto. E' dotato di un bagno con ampia doccia e lavatrice. La zona giorno ha un angolo cucina fornito di tutte le attrezzature necessarie e un tavolo da pranzo, mentre il soggiorno ha 2 divani di cui uno che si trasforma in un letto matrimoniale. In dotazione al piano terra un comodo parcheggio privato.

Appartamento che si trova a pochi passi dalle rinomate Falesie di roccia di Massone e di Arco per gli amanti dell' arrampicata. Dista soli 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Arco, dai suoi servizi, ristoranti tipici, negozi, supermercati. Inoltre in pochi minuti si possono raggiungere molteplici sentieri da percorrere a piedi in mezzo agli olivi e ai boschi oppure in mountain-bike. Ideale per chi cerca la tranquillità per trascorrere una vacanza all' insegna del relax e dello sport.
