-Nice and quite spacious apartments. - Fairly well stocked kitchen. - Air conditioned, which is important, but note that the AC is in the living area so bedroom doors would need to stay open to be affected. Not sure if it is sufficient for hot summers as we were visiting in a cooler times. - in the very nice area of Cannaregio. - beautiful view at the canal right from the front window (living room).

The location is great. You can view the canal from the living room. The house is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The owner is super friendly. We had problems with the hot water in the bathroom but they fixed it quickly. Everything was perfect!

Fabulous location...easy to get everywhere. Lots of good food options within a 5 minute walk. Neighborhood is lively in evening and relatively quiet during the day. Apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Communication was excellent. Apartment was great value. Wifi could be a bit iffy...a very minor complaint.

It was easy to walk to every destination. The street noise ended about 11:00pm and that was ok. They had air conditioning and we needed it. Glad they had a clothes washer as we needed to wash all the bed sheets as they smelled so bad.

We like the neighborhood, further away from the prime touristy area, but just a 20 minute walk from San Marco. There are some good bars and a fantastic bakery just around the corner. The flat was comfortable for a family or group of friends. The beds were ok. The kitchen was spotlessly clean, and well-equiped, although we did not use it. Bottled water provided. The owner allowed us to leave our luggage at her shop around the corner after checkout until we headed to the airport later in the day. There was a view of a canal from the front window.

it was so nice to have our own place. we loved eating quick and easy pizza close by and having other restaurants near us. it was an easy walk to Fondamenta Nova to get the vaporetto to Murano and Burano. The walk to San Marco and Rialto were a little further, but within a 20 minute walk. it was a clean place and a great option for a family on a budget.
