Antica casa con stalla di vacche Chianine restaurata recentemente secondo i principi di architettura biosostenibile. Casa natale di Ezio Marchi, il cosiddetto 'padre' della Chianina. La villa offre tranquilliità pur essendo vicina ai maggiori snodi stradali, ideale per esplorare Toscana, Umbria e Lazio. L'aria condizionata è fornita dall'impianto fotovoltaico / pompa di calore che d'estate raffresca i pavimenti e d'inverno li riscalda. Questa è stata la nostra scelta quando abbiamo ristrutturato la proprietà. Tutto infatti è stato fatto secondo le regole della bioarchitettura. Casa Ezio Marchi è una casa di campagna circondata da 2 acri di terra con uliveto e animali, 3 gatti, 3 cagnolini e galline. Non è l'Hilton Hotel e nemmeno l'Ibis Hotel quindi se gli ospiti preferiscono ambienti asettici è meglio che vadano da un'altra parte. La colazione è self service in camera, vengono forniti articoli per la colazione fai da te in camera.

La casa si trova in una tranquilla stradina a cul de sac appena fuori dal centro storico di Bettolle, con panorami che si estendono su Bettolle, Cortona, Montpulciano, Montefollonico, Cetona e Amiata ecc. Olivi e fichi circondano la proprietà.
