Our host was very communicative and the flat itself was like an oasis in a busy/more local part of town. I always choose to stay in the this neighbourhood when visiting Rome because of its proximity to the sites and train station. The facilities were top notch and the flat was super clean.

Fabio is an excellent host and very responsive. Casa Fabio is a great size with two big bedrooms and two bathrooms. The pictures are a very accurate reflection of the space and the finishes are all modern. It was very clean in every way from the kitchen to the bathrooms and bedrooms. It is a 3-4 minute walk to the metro station for getting around the city and we walked to the Colosseum twice in around 20 minutes. Lots of good food options close by.

Casa Fabio offers pristine cleanliness, perfect amenities, and spaciousness for total relaxation. Fabio was an excellent communicator throughout the trip and my parents and I lacked for nothing during our short stay. We all commented on how sparkling clean the property was and how well-appointed the unit is with toiletries, linens, and a plethora of kitchen necessities. The washing machine is also a huge plus. Both the bathrooms and bedrooms are sizeable and the mattresses offer comfortable sleep. Though it is located on the ground level, the apartment itself is very quiet and we had no issues with any exterior noise. Its location is quite convenient to Termini and an easy walk to many other points of interest, shopping, restaurants and grocery. I wish we had longer to stay and enjoy this wonderful property -- I have no doubt that it would be an ideal home base for a long-term stay in Roma. 10/10 recommend! First of all, a very kind host, he was always available and made it easy for us to find everything, from transportation to restaurant recommendations and directions on how to get to certain sights. The apartment is also very clean in a great location and we felt like at home. Compared to the hotels at similar location this was perfect value for money.
