The location is perfect, quiet but right to the canals and it's OK to walk everywhere if you're up for it. The owners were very nice and there was a little breakfast in the room. Very thoughtful. The rooms also had a sink and a ventilator which is very cool.

Loved the location, incredible bargain, since you get the same view as the most expensive hotels by the Doge's Palace, except you're 3 bridges further, so you even have your own privacy with almost no tourists, even in summer-high season and still you're max. 5 minutes walk to St. Mark's Square and all the main attractions. Room has a sink, ventilator and a tiny balcony overlooking the main "bay" / canal Perfect communication with the host.

This property was on the water close to Alilaguna which took us to the airport. My daughter and I stayed here for one night which was perfect. It is a shared bathroom but did not cause any problems. The facilities are clean.

The property is found right next to the channels and it has a nice view. You can easily reach the touristic and not so touristic Venice from there. The owners are friendly and helpful.

The property was very clean! Staff were friendly and helpful! We had some snacks and hot drinks, that was really nice. Location couldn’t be better, just few minutes and you are in the centre of Venice. Room view - OMG, amazing. We liked everything

Perfect location for visiting Venice. Close to water stops and walking distance to St Marks. The guest house is a beautiful and quaint old building on the canal intersection and overlooking the lagoon at the front.. You really feel like you are a part of Venice life when you stay here. Alessandro is a perfect host. Great communication throughout and met us in person on our arrival. Lovely room with a view over one of the canals. The room was clean and bright and more than adequate for our stay. There was an added bonus of free coffee and pastries provided which were a lovely surprise. The bathroom was super clean with loads of hot water for showering. We were given keys and could come and go as we please. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this guest house over and over. Great value for money, great location, great stay . Thank you Alessandro.

Great location and nice view above the canal. The facilities were really clean and the owner, nice and helpful. There is a fridge (no kitchen, so) greatly divided with the number of your room.

Very friendly staff, quiet despite being adjacent to a canal, good location, very good value for money. Facilities were as expected and kept clean and tidy. If you're looking for a well located place to stay and intend on exploring Venice all day then you can't go wrong really. Really good selection of bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity too!
