There was very familier atmoshere. The owners are very frendly. Anna and Paolo showed us the real Italy feeling. The breakfasts were excellent. We can only recommend it to everyone.

Wonderful atmosphere in a beautiful old house. You can rest like at home and go to the wonderful beach in 25 minutes. Delicious breakfast done by the owner. Owners happy to help and advice. Private breakfast to respect COVID restrictions.

We have spent there two days, as transit accomodation. Very beautiful ancient building, with original and comfortable furnitures. It was feeling like to getting into the late 17th century’s Friuli. The story of the family, the building and the fields around is very interesting. Congratulations for preserving this nice historical building and its furnitures. Rooms are very clean and tidy. It’s easy to get there by car. Breakfast is excellent: fried eggs, a lot of kind of jams (all of them are home made), home made cakes. Anna and Paolo, the owners are very friendly and helpful.
