Hello, we are PMC, managers of holiday homes in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! The person in charge of check-in will contact you on the telephone number indicated in the reservation to organize your arrival directly with you. He will show you the house and give you the keys. CHECK IN time is from 3 pm to 6 pm. CHECK OUT must be done by 10 am. Being an apartment and not a hotel, there is NO reception or staff on site 24 hours a day. We therefore ask you to communicate your arrival time to the PMC representative in advance. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Booking booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL COSTS: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of 2 euros/day per person (up to 10 nights). Children up to the age of 12 are exempt. 2) Additional people to those declared: we normally ask for 10 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Check-in and Check-out OUTSIDE THE TIMES are often granted, subject to agreement and availability and by paying a minimum extra cost of 30 EUROS to the person who will take care of the check-in (check-in before 3 pm, check-in from 6 pm to 9 pm). FOR TIMES AFTER 9 pm, IF ORGANIZATION IS POSSIBLE, THE FEE WILL BE HIGHER DEPENDING ON THE TIME. NOTE: You will have access to all the spaces of the apartment which is rented entirely without spaces shared with other people. Given the large availability of beds in the house, we ask you to behave with education and respect for the neighborhood and the property itself, especially if in large groups. Very large apartment that can accommodate up to 10 people, completely renovated in the heart of Sestri Levante, a few steps from the historic center and the beaches. The presence of numerous beds and the proximity to the center and all services make it the ideal accommodation for your holidays in the Gulf of Tigullio. Free air conditioning and WI-FI connection. Casa Flora is a spacious 130m2 apartment located on the second floor of a building with a lift in the heart of Sestri Levante. Completely renovated, characterized by new and refined furnishings, it opens onto a large living/dining room with two sofa beds each sleeping two, large central table with chairs and TV. Next door you will find an open kitchen, fully equipped with electric oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee machine with capsules and moka pot, kettle, microwave, blender and crockery, glasses, cutlery, plates, cups and kitchen utensils. From here you have access to the balcony of the house equipped with a table and chairs. The house can accommodate up to a maximum of ten people: in addition to the sofas in the lounge you will find three large bedrooms, two with a double bed each and one with two single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. The house is also suitable for those traveling with small children: you will find a cot and a high chair available free of charge. Finally there are two bathrooms, spacious and complete with bathroom fixtures and shower. A washing machine is also available. The bed linen and towels are rented from a specialized company and supplied by us, included in the price. Equipped with free WI-FI internet connection. Air conditioning is present in all bedrooms and in the living room. The heating for the winter months is centralized. For hot water there is a boiler. Private parking is not available. No pets.

The house is located in the center of Sestri Levante a few steps from the central caruggio of the town, where you will find all the services you may need: shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, tobacconists and bars. There are also numerous restaurants in the surrounding area. In less than ten minutes on foot you can reach the splendid Baia del Silenzio or the Baia delle Favole and the other beaches of Sestri Levante. The house does not have private parking but it is possible to use public parking lots along the road or the station parking, free on weekdays and paid only on weekends. In addition to visiting Sestri Levante, with short journeys by car or train you can reach and visit the other famous places in the Gulf of Tigullio, such as Chiavari, Zoagli, Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino or by following the opposite direction pearls such as Moneglia and Levanto until you reach Lerici, Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, reachable in less than an hour. Furthermore, Sestri is about 50 km from Genoa. Sestri is also a popular destination for sportsmen and lovers of nature and trekking: on the heights there is in fact a dense network of paths that can be traveled on foot or by mountain bike, which wind through the hills and allow you to reach exceptional panoramic points of beauty. OPTIONS FOR REACHING THE HOUSE: I travel by public transport From all Milan airports it is possible to use the shuttle buses connecting to the Central Station which operate in each terminal every half hour. Numerous regional or intercity trains depart from the Central Station in the direction of Genoa-La Spezia, stopping in Sestri Levante (about two and a half hours' journey). The Sestri train station is 350 meters from the apartment which can therefore be easily reached on foot.
