Location was awesome! Right near train station and right near the Duomo. Essentially, the property was located right in the heart of everything. Perfect, perfect, perfect! The breakfast was not great but certainly adequate.

This hotel is a MUST for comfort, a fabulous breakfast, spacious rooms, quiet, and an exceptionally helpful & professional staff including the hotel manager. The staff arranged taxis that were on time EVERYTIME. The hotel has a huge/beautiful gathering room with a complete honor bar plus free pretzel type goodies.

We really like the easy access into the facility. Felt very safe and secure yet easy to navigate. We loved the breakfast served and area/service and it was a great bonus that they provided café lattes, cappuccino's etc.. The rooms had nice finishing's, bed was comfortable and were clean. Central very walkable location.

Really great location , super cute boutique vibe. Reception/manager Linda very accommodating and helpful. New concept to me of all electronic access codes and no keys to all entry points but it worked and kept the place secure. Room 11 also had a small balcony which was great to see people on a lower terrace. Honor bar at reception which we didn't use , but looked to have a solid collection. Morning breakfast also reasonable to start the day. Finally the bathroom was fully renovated.

The location is excellent, a short walk from Firenze SMN train station and church, and a few steps away from shopping places and restaurants. We did tours whose meet up points were either SMN or Montelungo Piazzale which were both a short walk away. The room itself was well-designed and modern and cozy. Very safe as well due to multiple security measures. Was v happy too that the staff prepped breakfast to go for us because we had early morning tours. Excellent!

The hotel is new and has a beautiful decoration. You can do your own Cocktails in the lobby and have a nice breakfast everyday. There is also elevator, but the stairs are ok to be used (the hotel corresponds to the second and third floor of the building, with an interior garden accesible for travellers).
