Slow down and immerse yourself in the charm of the mountains in this holiday home in the high hills of Ortanella at 1,000 m above sea level, and close to the village of Esino Lario! -For groups under the age of 21, a refundable security deposit of Euro 400 must be paid in cash upon arrival at check-in. -Electricity has to be paid on site according to consumption of 0.35 Euro kw/h. -Heating in winter or when necessary due to the climate must also be paid on-site to the owner. -Please note that the check-in time is 16.00-20.00 and the check-out time is 08.00-10.00. Any other check-in/out times must be agreed upon in advance. -Damage deposit: Euro 200 will be charged for the groups under 21. - City tax is to be paid locally on site.
