The bus stops are within walking distance and it is possible to reach the city center on foot. The apartment is new with a large living veranda, ideal for quiet lunches and relaxing dinners. In addition to veraqnda is a large room with kitchenette and a comfortable sofa. the bedroom has a sofa bed or if requested we can also provide an additional cot. the owners have decided not to allow the s ing of a third chamber that remains closed. the bathroom with shower and window.

Children and Extra Beds
All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5 per night in a crib.
Any additional older children or adults are charged EUR 5 per night for extra beds.

Casa Ilaria accepts these cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. That's about 225.27USD. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
