The house consists of a garden with green lawn, with a 100-year-old olive tree in the center, all surrounded by hedges and pots with flowers. Outside there is a wooden table and a barbecue for outdoor dining. The interior consists of a living room with sofas and television, immediately after the entrance is the dining table with various furniture, cutlery, and dishes. At the back of the house is a kitchen equipped with all appliances (refrigerator, oven etc). The dining room leads to the rooms, one double and two rooms, one with two single beds and one with a single bed. All have large closets; the double rooms also have a desk. The main bathroom has a toilet, bidet and shower stall, and a washbasin with a large mirror. Next to the kitchen, via an outside corridor, is a service bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower. In addition, there is a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided in the house
Our house is located between Porto Cervo (5 km) and Poltu Quatu (500 m), 3 km from Baja Sardinia, and just a few minutes' drive from the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda. It is situated in a quiet and peaceful area and has everything you need to enjoy a perfect vacation in Sardinia at any time of the year. With its spacious garden and barbecue, you can enjoy evenings under the stars and outdoor lunches, spending your stay surrounded by nature
