It is mandatory to throw away all garbage at the end of the stay, freeing the refrigerator from food. It is necessary to turn off the lights and any air conditioning and close the windows. In compliance with the condominium and the rules of good neighborliness, we remind you not to disturb the peace of other tenants, especially after 10:00 pm until 8:00 am. CHECK-OUT must be done by 10:00 am. Leave the keys on the kitchen table and close the door. The amount displayed by the portal includes the owner's rental fee and the fee for the additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be better detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at check-out.
