Casa Pervinca is located in Chiavari, in the middle of the Gulf of Tigullio; in a charming two-story cottage, typical of the old Ligurian fishermen. Its location is strategic: the sea and the beaches are within 100 meters, and within a few minutes walk you get to the center of Chiavari with its typical "alleyways", its medieval porches, the beautiful shops and the train station that allows a quick access to desired destinations time as CINQUE TERRE, SANTA MARGHERITA, PORTOFINO, CAMOGLI GENOA AND ... Well served by public transport (bus), in the area it has several food shops, tobacconist, haberdashery, newsagent, restaurants and bars. It 'a separate one-bedroom, equipped with a proprietary court used by guests who can dine outside. E 'consists of a modern living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a small library, satellite and digital terrestrial; a kitchenette with oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator and washing machine. The bathroom has a large shower with the dressing and finally the master bedroom has a spacious closet with sliding doors and two interior drawers. In addition there is also a small pantry. Available to all guests there are: hairdryer, iron and ironing board
