With a French loft bed and a bunk bed, it accommodates up to 2 adults — perfect for a romantic getaway or a stay with a friend. Its prime location, just steps from the Magnolta ski slopes and the historic center, makes it ideal for those seeking nature, skiing, and relaxation. The apartment includes a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktops, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and filtered hood. A Smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video, and TivùSat ensures quality entertainment at any time. Outside, you’ll find a private terrace — the perfect place to unwind after a day out. CASA PINO is fully electric and eco-friendly, featuring a radiator for heating and a self-recharging water heater. Self check-in is available through a digital keypad, giving you complete independence. In order to receive the access instructions, guests must upload their ID documents in advance. We provide bed linens, towels, and a courtesy kit for your first night. You can contact us 24/7 via Booking chat or the phone number provided upon confirmation. By law, all guests must upload ID documents, sign a rental agreement, and pay the tourist tax before arrival. The amount may vary depending on the age of the guests. These steps are mandatory to access the apartment, and please note that we are not physically present on site.
