We have offices in Rimini, Porto Cervo and Ferrara. The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out. Extra bed EUR 10,00 per day (upon request, subject to availability)

Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation in a residential building in Miramare. The flat is on the second floor of a building 200 metres from the sea. It has a large, bright kitchen and balcony, a double bedroom with a third bed and a very large living room with a double bed and TV, divided by a partition, bathroom.  Ideal for holidays by the sea in a well-serviced area for families with children.  Miramare is part of the famous sandy and equipped promenade of Rimini. all services, restaurants, bars, deli etc are a few meters.  We do not accept due to the type of area and stable groups of children. EXTRA LINEN EUR 15.00 per person upon request
