Apartment was amazing. Interior was a piece of art. The old carpet on the wall looks like you are in museum. View is amazing. Location is perfect. Until 11:00 pm you can enjoy sing from the Ponte Vecchio just opening the window in living room.

Absolutely breathtaking views of Ponte Vecchio and Ponte Santa Trinita. It is right below the River Arno. Apartment was clean and there are two full size bathrooms with shower which is rare. One of the biggest apartments I have stayed in Europe. There was plenty of space for our family of 4. Upon exiting the building, you are 50 steps away from Ponte Vecchio.

The air conditioning units in the bedrooms were very noisy which made for sleepless nights and when the units were switched off, the rooms became very hot within a matter of minutes. Both of the showers also weren't working properly. For the price, I would have expected both of these facilities to be 100%.
The location was excellent, as were the views from the property. Lots of restaurants in the area to choose from.

Area could be noisy even on 4th floor but that is to be expected , and not a problem. Also plumbing a little slow and occasionally surprisingly noisy but again an old building, not unusual and not a problem.
Everything. Location and view were incredible. Very spacious. Great value. Strongly recommend.

I understand it is an older building that has been updated, but the plumbing is really slow - so just relax and don't worry. I wish the second bathroom would have had a shower set up, rather than just hand hold. the rain heads did not work.

The carpet is extremely old and dirty, so soiled that one would not want to walk on them barefooted. The built-in sofas are in great need of renewal; the “stuffing” is completely compacted and totally worn out, so there is no cushioning.
