Enjoy unforgettable moments of vacation with your family or friends in an entire Sicilian house in the historic center of Syracuse! In this restored apartment in the heart of Ortigia, everyone will have their own space, while every moment of the day will have their own dedicated environment. The house, which you can access via three flights of stairs from the ground floor, occupies the second and third floors of a historic building. Entering the second floor, you will find yourself in a large and bright dining room with kitchen with island, table, relaxation area with sofas and stove, two balconies overlooking a church. In the rest of the floor there is a living room with TV, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with an Art-Nouveau style bed. On the third floor you will find a second kitchen with washing machine, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a mezzanine bedroom with two single beds. The large terrace overlooking the roofs of Ortigia and the sea gives the final touch to this splendid house: the perfect place to dine with your travel companions at the end of a wonderful summer day. Please be aware that the apartment is located at second (quite high) floor without lift and there are steps in the apartment as well to go to the second floor and to the terrace.
