The house is finely restored in a modern style and the choices focus on offering maximum comfort during your stay. The apartment consists of a living area with kitchen and living area directly on the entrance, immediately after there is a small laundry area with washing machine and a space for cleaning. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink, the bedroom then overlooks a small outdoor terrace with a sink. There is also a mezzanine with a height of 1.7 meters which houses two single beds and a small bathroom, it is a small room that is recommended only in the presence of younger guests. The house is fully electric and powered by renewable energy, there is also an alarm and video surveillance system. Reservations are accepted for a double room, any extra beds must be communicated separately as they are subject to a surcharge End-of-stay cleaning are included in the cost of booking, extra cleaning ara available for 30 euros to be paid on site. For those staying at Casa Teresa there is a 10% discount on both lunch and dinner at the Bellavista restaurant in Tricase Porto.

Hello, the apartment you are choosing is located in a quiet area of Tricase just 5 minutes walk from Piazza Cappuccini and Piazza Pisanelli, the historic center of Tricase is beautiful, you will feel like you are in a living room, just as beautiful are the two seaside resorts Tricase Porto and Marina Serra: clear waters, rocky coasts and extraordinary landscapes with the possibility of enjoying the tranquility that is sometimes lacking in crowded beaches. From Tricase it is then possible to reach the beautiful Salento villages, moreover, for those who love the beach from Tricase it is possible to reach Otranto and Gallipoli in about 40 minutes, while in about 25 minutes you can reach the Marina di Salve (TorreVado, Pescoluse, Maldives of the Salento).
