It was an unforgettable stay in Armerina. La Casetta is romantic accommodation right in the heart of the historic city. We fully recommend stay at this cozy house, walk through the night streets, discover the hidden treasures of the city and just enjoy the Genius loci of this place. Awesome place to stay, very close to the Duomo! The owner is super nice and hospitable, gives you local food tips and helps wherever he can. The owner also showed us the parking spot, which was great (the town streets are very narrow and local directions were very useful).

The B&B is in a good location, very close to the dome, the house is very nice, the owner of the house arranged the taxi for me to the sites of villa romana de casale, I really recommend this place if someone would like to visit the old town of piazza armerina and the villa romana de casale...

The host was the best part, we arrived really late and he waited for us to come and showed us everything very carefully. Also recommended the best places to go in piazza armenira, if you go follow them, he know where to have the best cannelloni in town. Moreover the house is completely equiped and very beautiful, with a balcony to the street, a kitchen and even an Italian coffe maker! The bathroom is fully equiped with soap and towels.

Very good location with free parking nearby, shops and restaurants in walking distance. Only a short drive to spectacular Roman mosaics and fabulous museum/ruins at Aidone/Morgantina. (Beware Google map in town, it tried to send us down a narrow dead- end street and a blocked street- follow host's good direction for arrival, supplied when you book). Lots of 18thc palaces, a cathedral and a castle near the house. Host lives opposite and is helpful. Property is quaint and cosy, extremely clean, well equipped- we made a full cooked meal. As well as the main living area/ studio, there is another little bedroom upstairs. Main bed is large and comfortable.
