The balcony was my favorite part, beautiful views of the ocean, perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning, and then watching stunning sunsets in the evening. The hosts were very friendly, met us at check-in to give us keys and show us around, and made us espresso. We stayed on the third floor, which had 3 bedrooms rooms, a small kitchen area and small dining room area. I didn't understand until after we arrived that we had only rented one of the 3 bedrooms, and had to pay extra to unlock a second bedroom -- it was a little tricky to sort out since we didn't speak Italian and the hosts didn't speak English. There is a nice beach less than a 5 minute walk away - don't go straight down to the water, turn left to go to the little cove with a sandy beach and nice snorkeling.
