This recently renovated villa features 3 spacious bedrooms, a fireplace, and outdoor showers. It includes a large side garden, private parking, and is located less than a kilometer from the beach, offering sandy coves and rocky spots. Situated in the lively marina of Mancaversa, known for its festivals, musical events, and restaurants serving fresh fish and take-away dishes. It’s also just a short drive from Gallipoli, Otranto, Santa Maria di Leuca, and Lecce. The house is equipped with bed linen, towels, dishes, a Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, a dishwasher, and both hot and cold air conditioning for added comfort. The peaceful location is perfect for relaxation in nature, and guests are welcome to freely pick fruit and various herbs from the side garden.
The neighborhood is located in a peaceful area, allowing you to reach the marina center on foot.
