The historic building has been restored in rustic style and lovingly furnished. Directly in front of the rustic kitchen-living room with open fireplace there is a large outdoor seating area with barbecue. The 1st floor is reached by an outside staircase with a small loggia; here is the second large living room, also with fireplace and kitchenette. (Ground floor and 1st floor are connected only by an external staircase). From here you can go directly to the 2nd floor, with a small complete apartment consisting of bedroom, bathroom and kitchen-living room, which is also accessible through its own terrace from the mountain side. On the spacious, park-like natural property there is a separate pool area with sunbathing lawn and an area with children's games; outside between tall old oaks also hammocks, more playground equipment and even a real tree house for the little ones.
