For check-in is essential for the guests to get in touch with the structure in advance (at least one week before arrival) to communicate the expected arrival time and complete check in online. This is mandatory in order to be registered to the municipality police station. The tourist tax, always EXCLUDED from the cost of the stay and must be paid in cash, for arrival after 7PM there is and extra fee to pay SEE FINE PRINT.

Casa Violante is a wonderful and cozy apartment just renoveted with the typical venetian terrace "altana" , located on the third floor of a Venetian building in "Sestiere Santa Croce" not far from Piazzale Roma and from the train station. Well decorated and well furnished and most og all JUST RENOVETED (2022)! this lovely apartment is composed of a equipped kitchen with all the amenities you might need to prepare nice meals, a bright living area with exposed beams and wooden made decorations, one large double bedroom with a useful wardrobe, a bathroom with shower and a relaxing area with a rocking chair in wood, you will feel an authentic venitian essence; especially for its most venetian feature: the Altana! the typial venetian wooden terrace! The accommodation offered is suitable for couples and for travelers who want to enjoy a few days in the beautiful Venice. The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people and is equipped with wifi connection, oven, curtlery, stove and coffee maker, air conditioning and terrace; moreover sheets, blankets, pillow cases, towels, shampoo and soap are provided according to the number of guests.

Neighborhood info

Santa Croce district is the most peaceful and quiet one. Nontheless in this area there are many traditional restaurants, cozy bars, and nice secondary squares, like Campo San Giacomo, where you can enjoy a walk getting a glimpse of the real Venice, made up of screaming kids running after a ball or jumping rope. This area is also strategic as it is a midway point from the bus and train station (10 minutes walking) and the heart of the city : Rialto bridge (other 10 minutes walking). The apartment is also very close to some attractions as the Natural History Museum, and the art museum of Ca' Pesaro.
