Location is superb--easy 10-minute walk to Accademia or San Marco, around the corner from Rialto bridge, on top of Gelateria Suso, easy access to Conad supermarket. Really clean, with plenty of towels, sheets etc. The apt is very small--suitable for 1-2, but it has a real kitchen and real bathroom. Owner met me on site for check-in and transfer of keys.
