Beautiful location with lots of amenities, host was welcoming and had prompt communication, close to many restaurants and shops.

I had a wonderful stay at Emanuela's apartment. The apartment itself was comfortable and had all the normal amenities that I needed. The location in particular was perfect. Located right on Campo San Polo, the windows have a wonderful view of the plaza, which never was too busy or loud while I was there. Its almost in the middle of Venice, and I could easy walk to anywhere in the city from the apartment. Additionally, Emanuela was a wonderful host. She was very responsive whenever I had questions, and was kind enough to put together great list of recommendations for restaurants and bars to visit.

The hosts met us in the plaza and lead us to the apartment. They were very friendly and left us a bottle of cold Prosecco in the fridge as a welcome gift - very refreshing after our journey! The apartment comes with a modern kitchen. Nice view from the 1st floor out onto the piazza. Fun to people watch and listen to the kids play after school. While small, the beds were very comfortable and we slept well. Opening the bedroom and living room windows created a really strong breeze that cooled down the apartment..

The Host, Emanuela, meet us at the train station and walk us all the way to the apartment Casanova. The apartament is located on a very quiet square in Venice. Location is great, in the middle of Venice and close enough to reach the most common attractions in 10-15 minutes. The apartment is very cosy and clean. Beautiful details inside like Murano glass chandelier or wall scones, antique furniture or paintings. We found all we need inside the apartament. I highly recommend that place for stay in Venice.

Amazing Venetian style property, the picture scan not justify how beautiful the place is . Location is superb. Overlooking San Polo square. It is very cosy, located 5 min walk to Realto bridge, super clean, beautifully decorated, giving you a feel of being true Venetian, fully equipped with everything and anything you might need for a nice stay. The photos do not represent how nice the place is. Many nice restaurants around the area. Coop is around the corner. Emanuela is very sweet and helpful. Very kind to supply us with water and juice on our arrival. Very thoughtful . We will miss the place and would definitely come back. Thank you so much Emanuela

Very nice reception by the owners and contact throughout the stay. Great location because close to important places, and at the same time peace when you want to relax away from the crowds of tourists. The apartment is so decorated that you can feel at home, the beautifully designed interior with a view of San Polo square made staying in Venice a great experience from every side.

Fantastic pozition in the City. 15 min from everything, Piazza San Marco, Piazza di Roma, Casino di Veneția, Museo di Leonardo Emanuela & Roberto have been very very helpfull from the moment of reservation till we left. They helped us with Travel from as it was a strike, asked what else we need … The apartament itself is HOME, have anything you need to cook light (or more) some drinks, water, coffee … 4 persons can stay easily as a family. And the view is great … to Campo San Polo, a large old square. I can write so much more but briefly … is a true HOME in Venice

The hosts met us to ensure entry okay and when flight delayed and baggage lost they went above and beyond. Property is traditional but with mod cons. Location is fantastic, near to many sights but quiet and peaceful. Lovely restaurant straight across the square. Apt fully equipped beyond expectation. We would definitely stay awwww here again. Great hosts, great apartment, great location.
