The owner, Gianluigi, really made our trip for us! He took wonderful care of us from the beginning. The property was located up a very twisty, steep road that our rental car couldn’t make it up so he would drive us to town every morning and pick us up in the evening when we called. He arranged dinner reservations for us and booked our tours of Capri and Amalfi. He was the definition of excellent service, and has the most infectious positive personality! Also the view from the beautifully kept grounds was *spectacular*!

The hotel is up the hill above the city, which offers gorgeous view towards the sea, over the town and towards the mountain and the host offers a free shuttle if needed. The garden and the outdoor area are exceptionally beautiful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Gianluigi is very helpful, nice and welcoming. Everything was perfect.

By far the best thing about this booking was the host, Gianluigi! He was so helpful, super accommodating and just a joy to be around. The B&B is at the top of a hill which provided stunning views. The trip up and down the hill was crazy! But Gianluigi rivaled any Formula One driver with his skill. The included breakfast was filling and gave us a great start to the day. Hearing the roosters crow in the mornings just added to the rustic ambiance. Everything was an adventure in the best way. Also, this was our base for exploring the rest of the Amalfi Coast which worked out perfectly.

My mom and I had an amazing time at this beautiful and charming Bed and Breakfast. The views from up in the mountains (and our balcony) were breathtaking. We definitely miss that view! From the moment we met Gianluiggi, he treated us like family. His care and attention made our stay even more pleasant. His kindness is immeasurable. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was a nice touch and eating it outside in the garden area was lovely. While it isn't smack dab in the city center of Sorrento, it is worth it in every way. It's very tranquil and peaceful. We will never forget our days at Casarufolo and recommend staying there if you are lucky enough to book ;)

For us, this place was spectacular! As mentioned in their brochure, the villa is nestled near the top of the hill in Sorrento and overlooks the city and the sea. Visitors should pay attention to the owners suggestion to leave the car parked at the bottom of the hill and let him transport you into paradise. Gianluigi goes above and beyond to make certain his guests are well taken care of from the check-in to the check-out! The rooms are spacious and clean with stunning views. Although not promoted as an agritourism location, Gianluigi grows more olives, pomegranates, lemons, limes, etc. than most agritourism locations that promote themselves as such. Gianluigi's knowledge of the area and contacts within the villages makes him a wealth of knowledge to those who wish to explore. If you are an adventurous soul, this could be an amazing destination for you!

This is a great place to stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Be sure to call the owner from the parking lot below. The road is very tricky. The view of the Bay of Naples is beautiful. Well worth the effort to get to the location. The owner will drive you back and forth to the town of Sorrento.

The stay at Casarufolo was amazing! Gianluigi was an excellent host. Casarufolo is on top of a very steep hill but Gianluigi provided a shuttle back and forth to town. The view from the terrace and my room was truly breathtaking. The room was very clean, large and comfortable. I felt very safe staying there as a woman traveling alone. I would definitely recommend!
