Central House è un moderno appartamento collocato di fronte la stazione centrale alla fine del lungomare Falcomatà, composto da 3 camere da letto triple, una matrimoniale ed una singola. Tutte le camera hanno i servizi igienici in camera, climatizzatore autonomo e il WIFI è free. Inoltre è presente all'interno dell'appartamento una "room business" comune a tutti gli ospiti dove e possibile usufruire anche di forno a micro onde e macchinetta per il caffè espresso.
La struttura si trova presso il Centro storico di Reggio Calabria, accanto alla stazione centrale, situata sulla Via Marina, il "Chilometro più bello d'Italia" secondo la definizione di Gabriele D'Annunzio, arricchita dalle Mura greche, dalle Terme romane, da Piazza Garibaldi, dalla Villa Comunale, dove è possibile ritrovare molte piante rare, per cui è considerata dagli esperti un vero e proprio orto botanico con pregevoli esempi di flora tropicale ed equatoriale. La struttura è, inoltre, situata accanto al corso Garibaldi, da cui si diramano numerose vie che lo intersecano perpendicolarmente e conducono verso il mare: l'intera arteria per sua gran parte pedonalizzata, misura oltre due chilometri, di negozi, bar e locali notturni. Nelle vicinanze è possibile raggiungere il Museo Archeologico Nazionale, dove sono conservati i Bronzi di Riace, considerati tra i capolavori scultorei più significativi dell'arte greca, simbolo della città. E', perciò, raggiungibile anche il Castello Aragonese, visitabile anche all'interno, che insieme ai Bronzi di Riace, è uno dei principali simboli storici della città di Reggio.
