Very nice apartment, clean, convenient location, close to all major attractions. Marika was very helpful, great communication with the property. We loved the nice touches such as a bottle of wine, some cookies and jam waiting for us in the apartment. There were even disposable slippers :) Thank you! We had a great stay!

Beautiful apt in an incredible location. Really spacious and grateful for friends traveling together everything was very comfortable and the hosts are exceptional. They had lots of tourist information and left the house with basic stock supplies in case you needed anything that location could not be beat! Fine in the apartment it’s a little tricky but it’s literally right in the middle of everything restaurants bars pastry shops the waterfront is right there the only thing to be aware of is that it is nearly 70 steps to the apartment We would stay there again in a second and I really honestly didn’t wanna leave! The hosts respond promptly for any questions or needs. We loved the small balcony and enjoyed sitting out there in the morning and evening.

The location is the best, it's literally a few steps from St Mark's square and San Marco Vallaresso stop for water taxi and water bus. It's in the middle of everything and very easy to walk everywhere. The apartment is beautiful and modern. The room size is very generous. Clean apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. The host, Marika, is super friendly, responsive and went out of her way to assist us with our needs.

This is a very spacious apartment in Venice. It is close to everything and is a great location. This apartment had 3 bedrooms with king sized beds and one additional bedroom with a pull out sofa. It had everything we needed.

Very clean and a great layout to a large apartment. We were concerned at how close it was to San Marco Piazza, but one night showed us not only was it very quiet, but also the location made it very convenient to everything. Not to mention close to the vaparatto's and taxi's. Lugging suitcases up and down stairs through-out Venice would have been horrible; no stairs to have to cross and a very close walk from the vaparatto station to the apartment coming from the airport. Very pleasantly surprised that there was breakfast sweets and coffee and tea available, thank you (grazie)! Since we arrived on Sunday, that helped us begin our day on Monday until we could shop for our groceries. Great amenities; had everything we needed dishes, pans, iron, wine glasses, umbrella's, etc. nothing forgotten. Marika was wonderful to deal with and made our check in on Sunday a breeze. Would very much recommend your apartment!
