Like everyone else mentioned, the location was great. Close to so many attractions. Within walking distance of everything. Did not have any issues with the shared bathroom, it was always well kept and maintained frequently by staff. Staff was also very accommodating, good communication.

The location was fantastic - we were able to walk to everything we wanted to see on our visit to Florence and there was no street noise. The room was spacious and had plenty of storage and everything was nice and clean.

1. I think the best part was the hosts were friendly and sincere. They tried their best. 2. It is a very convenient location, next to a bunch of eateries and such brand shops as Ferragamo. This city is very beautiful and I would definitely recommend this property for a budget choice. A lot of other visitors might choose a (far) more expensive place and in case you don't have this budget, this property is decent in my opinion. 3. The hosts also tried to make the place beautiful with all the decorations and I saw the effort. 4. I can say the same about security because I got 3 keys to enter multiple doors. Just get to know the keys and you'd feel safer than you'd expect. 5. Just follow the house rules and it's not that difficult. 6. I liked the bed. It's also pretty beautiful in the room.
