The location was superb, hardly a 5 minute walk from Roma termini. Most of the popular spots are within walking distance of upto 1.5 km. Breakfast was good with a reasonable assortment.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel was OK, but in the room it was clear that it is due for renovations. It seems that the hotel was very nice a long time ago but looks a bit tired when you look at its condition. We had a pleasant stay and it was good value for the price we paid. The location is very god and convenient.

Excellent base camp to experience Rome from. Close to the main bus and train terminals. Double glazing keeps the city noise at bay. There are some great reasonably priced restaurants in the area. The staff are very friendly. We stayed here for 5 days when we first got to Italy and then booked it again when we returned to Rome for the last two days of our trip before flying home. I’d stay there again.

The location is fine, next to the main train station and in a walking distance to city center. Many restaurants nearby. I really appreciate that we arrived a couple of hours before check-in time but our room was ready so they let us check-in earlier free of charge

Stayed at 6th floor. No wifi no internet. Small room. 70 cm by 70 cm shower with a curtain! Breakfeat 4/10. Bed was comfortable. Very loud at night.

Some more detailed cleaning in the room is required. The condition of the hotel is such that it is due for renovations. It looks like it was once really nice but now it needs some attention.

The hotel was quite shabby and I desperate need of an upgrade. There was only one plug to use in the room, the shower did not drain properly and the shower rail was hanging on by a thread. The hairdryer was so old it took forever to dry your hair. Breakfast air con didn't work so we had to open the window which made it quite noisy. As it was November we managed OK but if it had been the middle of summer it would have been unbearable. Breakfast was OK, but selection was a little limited. There was also no tea, coffee or kettle in the room

When we checked in the door to our room would not open probably, when we got through we could not shut it. It had been kicked in and the door had come off its hinges. The room was small filthy. Safe was not working. Asked to change rooms so the receptionist put us into a even worse room. Again the door was coming off it’s hinges but was able to shut it. So as it was approx 1030 pm stayed for the night as too late to find other accommodation. So got up and left the following morning. The same receptionist ordering another which we declined as thought 2 bad rooms was enough and before it ruined our break
