The room was fantastic! Located where everything was about 3-10 min away walking (St. Marc's Basilica, Rialto Bridge, etc)! Beautiful view from our room. The gentleman who helped was extremely friendly and courteous. There are stairs in the hotel but nothing daunting. Above and beyond our expectations!

It was close to the Rialto Bridge and had easy access to a water taxi to get to the airport. Restaurants and shopping are close by. The owner, Maurico, helped with our luggage and the unit was spacious and clean.

The owner was very kind and well organised, our train got long delay (a by the way complain of ÖBB, Austrian Federal Railways), the owner organised the keys well for us. Contactless, easy going, thoughtful.

The property and experience was amazing. We stayed on the 1st floor with 5 people in our group and had plenty of space. The location was private, quiet, and minutes from the Rialto bridge. Canals right outside the window and a Nespresso coffeemaker with coffee in the kitchen. It also had a medium sized refrigerator and a dishwasher. It had almost everything you could need to make a vacation a 10.

Friendly host! There were cold drinks (water, cola, and beer) in the refrigerator (included) which was a welcome surprise! Also, coffee and coffee maker were included as well. Comfortable beds and good air conditioning! The location seemed central and good Gelato close by! :) We were able to easily store our luggage after check out, and the owner buzzed us in to collect it when we were ready. Overall a great stay!

    it all depends on the apartment, the first floor has only 12 steps, it is very comfortable and has a view of the canal
