Property info

Our b&b is located far from noise and lights of the city, hence the ideal place if you are looking for peace and tranquillity, for this reason we don't have television in the rooms. Only reachable by car, we advise our kind guests to rent a car or let us know if you need pick up at the station or a taxi to be sent. The rooms are located on the first floor of our house, with no lift.

Neighborhood info

Our property is in a quiet location in the middle of the countryside, so we advise our guests to rent a car if they would like to visit the area which is full of places to visit. Lakes are at about 20 minutes drive. A white sandy beach only 20 km away, Rome at 1 hour train ride. You can walk to the local supermarket, pharmacy, bar and restaurant. The rooms are located on the first floor of our family house and we are happy to give advice on things to do during your stay.
