Danilo, the B&B owner was so friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure I had a nice stay and even brought coffee to my room every morning, which was very thoughtful! The location is wonderful, near the train station and lido and a short walking distance to the center but tucked in a quiet street. The rooms are in an old building with a big airwell in the middle, which is typical of apartments in Catania. I loved how residential it felt - there was even an old nonna in the building next door always cooking in her kitchen. Such a Sicilian scene!

Amazing experience! Danilo is the best host you could wish for, he was very kind, checking on me every day, and making sure everything was okay during my stay. The check-in went smoothly, the room was clean, spacious and if you are a light sleeper room N4 is your room :) Close to the historical center (10 minutes walking) and less than 5 minutes from the train station. Strongly recommend!

Our host Danilo was very nice and helpful and communicated well. The room and bathroom were fine. It was a quiet street and convenient for the bus to and from the airport. It was also convenient for walking all around Catania and looking at the sights. There were quite a few stairs to climb up to the apartment -beware if you have a lot of heavy luggage!

Everything was perfect. The room was super clean, cozy, comfortable and it has everything you need. Danilo, the host is very nice, kind, helpful, friendly. Even we arrived late on Thursday, he took the time to tell us in detail everything we need to know. The neighbourhood is safe, really close to the city center and to the central bus station. Definitely recommend!

Strategic regard to transport, it is located near the Bus Terminal Regional-Interregional and Tours, Alibus (to and from the airport), the Port /Marina and the Central Station FS The B & B "Cianciana" located in a building of the '800 has the typical structure of the period but restored in modern style and equipped with every comfort necessary to the welfare of the guests, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV in room, refrigerator, private bathroom . The typically Sicilian name "Cianciana" in Italian means bell from pleasant and cheerful sound, inspired the owner of Catania for its meaning in Sicilian dialect used to indicate something beautiful.
