Bright penthouse located in a strategic area of ​​Cosenza city. The property consists of a large and bright common area where there are 4 breakfast tables and comfortable sofas to spend time reading some magazines browsing the internet or just relaxing by drinking a good cup of you watching from the big windows the city of Cosenza. There are 4 rooms equipped with all comforts such as wifi and air conditioning and all with private balconies with panoramic city views. Complete the beautiful common terrace with seating area and convivial table.

The property is in a strategic position in the city of Cosenza. It is possible to walk to Corso Mazzini with its beautiful MAB statues as it is very easy to reach the old town and stroll through its enchanting lanes. The structure is also only a few meters away from the Civic Hospital of Annunziata and can therefore be the ideal solution for those with relatives who are hospitalized or have to carry out check-in visits. The nearest supermarket as well as the restaurant are just a few hundred meters away. Within walking distance is the 5 Stelle pastry shop that has been selected as the best pastry shop in the city for the year 2016.
