Property info

Contact us in advance for parking. This apartment is really located in the heart of Como in a pedestrian-only area and overlooks Piazza del Duomo and the Cathedral. It is located in an ancient 18th century house, it is on the second floor and does not have a lift. You will have a bathroom with shower and a second bathroom with only a sink and toilet. A cot is available for small guests. You can enjoy, from the two balconies, a wonderful view of the Piazza and the Cathedral of Como. You will find excellent bars and restaurants "under the house" and in the historic center, or on the new wonderful Lungolago.

Neighborhood info

The Casa Rosy apartment is in the historic center in a limited traffic area. If you arrive by car, you can park 200-350 meters away, outside the walls (Viale Lecco) or in the Autosilo Valduce, for a fee. If you prefer, we will give you the address of a garage for a closer parking lot, 200 meters away, contact us as soon as possible, spaces are limited. The area is wonderful, in the heart of the historic center, in front of the cathedral, 150 meters from the lakeside and the ferry terminals, 500 meters from the funicular. Walking you can visit the historic center, explore the ancient streets of the city with its boutiques for shopping, monuments and the new lakeside.
